Your first discussion is both an opportunity to meet your peers in class and a reflection on your own leadership approach. Reflection is an important part of learning, especially at the start of a course, to consider past experience and situate it in terms of new knowledge. This discussion will challenge you to reflect on your current leadership style and your rationale for using that style. You will also analyze whether your current leadership style is representative of the ideal leader who you would like to be.
