NOTE: This is not an annotated bibliography, but rather a synthesis that introduces the subject of your study (what, why); summarize the work done (in the literature you examined) and introduces the objective of your investigation. SEE Chapter 5; Figure 5.1 and the example on p. 71 are useful. 
2. Continue work on Write-n-Cite, a Canvas module covering the basics of APA. and academic writing; it is due in week 5.

Excellent work will integrate facts from the work context. For example, turnover rate at your organization contrasted with the average industry rate may strengthen the need for your study on turnover.3 pts
